Happy Birthday, Tyler!

Well this is just a brief post for Tyler! We went down to the valley during the end of spring break to visit family, go to the temple, bless two nephews, and celebrate birthdays! The trip was wonderful - as was the temple (ALWAYS - Ahh, how I miss living close, just for that reason!). Little Tyler didn't get a lot for his birthday because there just wasn't much money to spend. His absolute favorite gift was the free one we got - thanks Aunt Nette! He wasn't really into much of anything else after he got his big present - didn't care about the other presents or his cake. Just his new (used) bike (well, tricycle). But, he calls it HIS bike and it is ALL he wanted to do! So, for the rest of the night he pretty much spent all of his time on his bike! Here's just a few highlights...
This is the best kind of wrapping paper! FREE! And you just throw it away afterwards! FANTASTIC!

Does this kid look happy or what?

Aunt Nette is showing him how to ride his new (used) bike! Thanks, Aunt Nette! You wouldn't even know it was missing a pedal on the left side!

I tried to get a picture of him eating cake - briefly. He would sit up long enough to get a bite, and then... back to the bike!

And at the end of "his day" (BIRTHDAY) - still a genuinely HAPPY kid! We love you, Tyler!
