The Easter Bunny brought a fantastic gift! Floor hockey sticks for each member of our family. For our Family Home Evening Activity, Megan chose to play Floor Hockey (one of my ultimate favorite games)! We were limited to our family room for this occasion, but it was so much fun! There were some bumps and bruises, a mild amount of high-sticking, one penalty box foul, and a few tears. My children learned first-hand the highs and lows of sports! In the end... they had fun and wanted to keep playing, though bedtime approached way too fast.
And what is even more fun... the Easter Bunny brought every one in our family TWO sticks... meaning that we could invite friends to come and play against our family! We have been down to the church 3 times now to play some family/friendly floor hockey, and it has been FANTASTIC!
